Chief Executive Officer
Nick Gifford
The Chief Executive Officer is the senior executive employed by the Authority.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to the Board Chair for the general administration and management of SWS business, consistent with the approved budget. The CEO exercises all powers and functions delegated by the Board. The CEO manages SWS employees, and ensures the business is managed in accordance with the Authority Rules, with the Business Plan, and with sound commercial practice. The CEO provides advice, information and assistance to the Board.
